Pop vs. Soda

What do you drink: “soda”, “pop”, or “coke” (no matter what brand it is)? Website popvssoda.com collects responses from visitors to the site and displays the results in a nice map. Unfortunately it looks like the map is no longer being updated (the map is from 2002). The statistics section, however, appears to be up to date.

  1. You just can’t call something a Coke when it is not a Coke. So, I must say that the South is unequivocally wrong on this one. When I say Coke I mean Coke!

  2. I wholehearedly agree with Steph!

  3. I used to call everything a Coke but somehow I’ve gone the way of soda. I guess when I became a man I put away childish things.

  4. Ryan, isn’t it funny which posts get the comments?! You should post more on Soda! That’s what people are interested in.
