		<description>I'm a musician and this problem also affects audio recording software making my computer absolutely unusable for recording songs.  I've had the computer for a year now and no updates have fixed this. It's just mind bogglingly irresponsible on the part of Microsoft.  This is a VERY basic and essential function and their OS simply canno do it.  Period.  It's an outrage.</description>
